No. You can book directly with the clinic. If another healthcare provider or further investigation is more appropriate, we will explain that clearly.

Your first appointment is a 45-minute consultation, with up to 60 minutes set aside so the visit never feels rushed. We discuss your concerns, examine how you move and explain what we find in clear, concise language.

In most cases, yes. If it is safe and appropriate, treatment begins during your first visit. If further scans, tests or another healthcare opinion are needed first, we will explain why and guide you on the next step.

The number of appointments varies depending on the condition, how long you've had it, your goals and how you respond to care. After your assessment, we'll give you a clear recommendation and regularly review whether you're progressing as expected.

If your policy includes chiropractic care, you can generally claim in the clinic using our HICAPS terminal. Your rebate depends on your individual fund and level of cover.

You can wear whatever you want, as long as it allows for full freedom of movement.
If you have had previous consultations/treatments and have notes and/or scans, feel free to bring them.
