How We Can Help

Whether it’s a nagging pain, a new pregnancy, a growing child, or wanting to move and perform better, we’ve likely helped someone with it before. Below is an overview of what we commonly treat and the techniques we use to help you get to your goal.

If you’re not sure where you fit, get in touch and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Our Services

  • Chiropractic Adjustments

    The hallmark chiropractic technique.

A controlled, precise thrust applied to a specific spinal joint to restore normal joint motion and ease nerve irritation.

  • Drop Table Adjustments

Alternative technique using a special table that allows correction without rotational forces. Particularly effective for the lower back and pelvis. Ideal for pregnancy, elderly patients or hypermobile patients.

  • Instrument Assisted Adjustments

A small handheld device delivering a gentle, highly controllable correction without manual force. Ideal for children, post-surgical patients and osteoporosis.

  • Peripheral Manipulation

The same hands-on approach we use on the spine, applied to joints like shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles. We use this when a stiff or restricted joint elsewhere in the body is contributing to your pain — because sometimes the sore spot isn't actually where the problem started.

  • Muscle Energy Techniques

A gentle, hands-on technique where you actively push against light resistance from us. It's an effective way to release tight muscles and rebalance the pelvis — particularly helpful for pregnancy-related discomfort and lower back or pelvic imbalances.

  • Joint Mobilisations

Slow, controlled movement of a joint through its natural range of motion. It's gentler than a standard adjustment, and we adjust the intensity depending on whether we're easing pain or working through stiffness — making it a good option for sensitive or inflamed joints.

  • Dry Needling

Fine, single-use needles inserted into tight, irritable knots in the muscle to help release them and ease pain that's radiating from that spot. This isn't acupuncture — dry needling works directly on the muscle and nervous system rather than on traditional energy pathways.

  • Soft Tissue Tool Therapy (IASTM)

Smooth, stainless-steel tools that help us find and treat areas of tight, restricted, or scarred tissue more precisely than we can by hand. It's particularly effective for stubborn, long-term issues like tendon pain, IT band tightness, and plantar fasciitis (pain under the heel or arch).

  • Kinesiology Taping

The stretchy, colourful tape you've probably seen on athletes. Applied with a specific stretch and direction, it supports muscles and joints, helps reduce swelling, and gives your body extra feedback about its position and movement — all while letting you move freely, unlike rigid sports tape. Commonly used in sport, during pregnancy, and for swelling after an injury.

Unlike rigid sports tape, can allow full active movement. Widely used in sports medicine, pregnancy, and post-injury swelling management.

  • Exercise Rehabilitation

Cornerstone of long-term recovery. We design and supervise progressive loading programs from acute pain management through to return-to-sport, targeting strength, stability, motor control, and movement quality specific to your condition. Every patient leaves with a clear program and the education to understand why each exercise has been prescribed.
